ALBANY RESIDENTIAL COLLEGE DORM REFURBISHMENTS
This project consisted of the complete internal demolition of the two-storey block to create 16 single bed dorms from 8, 4 bedroom dorms. The two WC’s were also fully refurbished with extensive remedials to the existing structure. The residential college remained operational throughout the works with a requirement for minimal disruption to the residents and staff, maintaining accessibility and security throughout the project. A high standard of site safety, communication and efficiency through the course of the project ensured a great outcome for all parties.
