The project involved the alteration and full refurbishment of the existing 6 Classroom Block at Mt Lockyer Primary School. It included the demolition of the existing enclosed verandahs, and reconstruction of the roof structure to enable a complete gutter, eave and roof replacement. The existing verandah floors were topped to meet the finished floor level of the existing classrooms and enclosed to create a fantastic north facing breakout area for the students. The kindergarten WC and internal classrooms were completely refurbished.
