Units A and B, 15 Angus Street, Mount Melville

This group dwelling project by Perth architect Graham Langley was constructed for the Housing Authority of WA. The project was completed from sand pad to occupation in 12 weeks at request of the client to expedite the build to meet budgetary constraints.

The two by two bedroom units are double brick construction each with a single carport and store on a 623m2 sloping block. The contract also entailed retaining and levelling the sloping site.

This Project earned Colab Construction the 2017 MBA Building Excellence Awards for Best Contract Home Under $200K and Most Liveable Home.
