DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE - FRONT OFFICE AND AIRCONDITIONING UPGRADE
This Department of Justice project involved the refurbishment of the front office and upgrade of air conditioners while the premises remained operational. To ensure a smooth upgrade, most of the work needed to be completed outside of hours. Colab Construction also recommended a temporary front counter be installed to minimise disruptions and noise. Careful coordination of the works allowed the premises to remain operational during the term of the contract.
